What is the difference between the Top 7 and Full Report?
The Top 7 Report focuses on your seven strongest strengths: their contributions, needs, triggers, and overuse patterns. The Full Report includes both reports and adds your Primary, Secondary, and Blind Spot strengths, the complete rank order of all your strengths, a map of your Primary and Secondary strengths against the four strengths spheres, and Contributions and Needs for your Top 15 strengths.
What is included with my purchase?
Every purchase includes the online assessment, your personalized digital report, a guided video, a reflective journal, and the StrengthsMultiplier™ self-coaching guide.
Is the assessment completed online?
Yes. The assessment is 100% online, and your personalized report is delivered digitally.
How do I access my report?
Your report is saved to a free Thrivin profile, which we set up for you when you buy. We email you as soon as it’s ready, and you can view or download it from your profile at any time.
Can I purchase an assessment for someone else?
Yes. Give one report or several, up to 25 at once. Each person gets their own email, takes the assessment under their own account, and their report stays private to them.
Can a team or organization purchase multiple assessments?
Yes. Buy for 2 to 25 people, with the Top 7 or the Full Report for everyone. Each person gets their own link, and as the team admin you can read every report on your team dashboard. A WorkSystem Engineer™ can take your team through the results in a debrief.
What’s the difference between buying gifts and buying for a team?
Gifts are private: each person’s report is theirs alone. A team purchase is different: every report on the team is visible to the team admin who bought it.
Your results belong to your Thrivin account, wherever the purchase came from. If you don’t want your organization to see your results, use a personal email rather than your work email.
Can I upgrade from Top 7 to the Full Report later?
Yes. Upgrade to the Full Report from your Thrivin dashboard for $30. It uses the answers you’ve already given, so there’s nothing to retake.
